Season 31 would've aired in July 23rd to December 17th, 1994, being the fourth season with Robert Lindsay as the Eighth Doctor, the fifth/last season with Julia Sawalha as Kate Tollinger and the first season with Toby Whithouse and Debra Stephenson as Pearce and Riana Anderson. It would've been the first season for the show's Americanization. It would've had 7 serials and 22x25 minute episodes. With that being said, here is Doctor Who season 31.
